Normally on your bank or credit statement the transaction will show a number to contact for such charges. That's how you can contact the company and figure out who charged the account or you can contact your bank or credit card company to dispute transaction

I did not join membership but your automatically charge $99 form my credit card. Should be cancel and back the money.


You will need to contact the company who charged you or your credit card company. Fixya is a free service and does not charge cards of any kind.

I need my $99,00 refund put back on my card ASAP. You said it would be on there with in 3 days. It is day 4 or 5 I need that money now. Amazon Prime was not authorized, cancelled it the SAME day


Gotta deal with Amazon direct on this issue. Assume you used a debit card. Another good reason for always using a credit card.

Call supervisor and pitch a boogie.

Amazon recently, and I think ongoing, offered a 30 day free trial of their Prime service. During the sign up you would have given a card number for charging. At the end of the trial period you were charged because you had not cancelled the trial.
In order to cancel your membership you will have to log on to your Amazon account and cancel Prime Membership, and then contact them, or perhaps your card provider to get your subscription back.

If you have already called / contacted them (under HELP & SUPPORT) and have not been able to get them to resolve the problem ... or change your membership to FREE ... instead of GOLD or PREMIUM, consider (1) advising your credit card carrier (VISA, MC, etc.) that the charges are NOT authorized ... providing them with some documentation/proof that you have already cancelled the account, but they keep charging you.
then (2)... change/remove the info for your (automatic) charge account ... e.g. credit card #, etc. and / or tell customer support you wish to cancel your account
