You must make sure the mist is not to close to the igniter . If it is it wont be misty enough to ignite. And make sure its in the path of the mist. If its new return it to the store.

Fuel Pressure at motor with a gauge

No bleeding to do

Once the pump comes on you have fuel pressure

Once the computer sees a crank sensor signal the injectors
pulse & all air is blown out into the cylinders

Have dyna glo forced air kerosene heater, 65000 btu. It's about 10 years old. Not getting fuel to nozzle. Cleaned fuel filter; replaced hoses; cleaned nozzle. air pressure gauge shows pressure OK.

the fuel line goes to the back of nozzle and the air line goes to the front.the air line and fuel line are not clear on that unit.sounds like some one changed them.also the fuel filter goes in the unit backwards from what the arrow shows.check your air pressure.you need to put a gauge on it so it is correct.

If...the air pump pressure is right, the ignitor glows, the fuel is hitting the ignitor, then the unit will have combustion......unless.....
  1. there is an air leak on the pressure line
  2. there is a vacuum leak on the fuel line
  3. there is a leak at the nozzle adapter
  4. there is a restriction either in the nozzle or the fuel filter
  5. the nozzle is worn and is spraying fuel rather than fogging fuel

NO FUEL AT NOZZLE

FOUND THAT THE FUEL HOSE AND AIR PUMP HOSE HAD BEEN REVERSED AT THE NOZZLE-PUMP HOSE NEEDS TO BE CLOSEST TO THE BLOWER HOUSING-I USED A VAC GAUGE TO TEST THE FUEL LINE-WHILE THE AIR PUMP WAS RUNNING-NO VAC-REVERSED LINES AND STARTED UNIT-ADJUSTED AIR PRESSURE-ALL IS WELL
