This is a do it yourself job. A band can be purchased at most watch shops and even drug stores. You may want to change to a metalic band. Just match up the ends with your watch and purchase. If you saved the connecting pins then all you have to do is depress the pins (similar to a toilet roll pin) and snap them in place in the yokes of the watch where they will seat in small holes.
