SOURCE: The leather band is broken

This is a do it yourself job. A band can be purchased at most watch shops and even drug stores. You may want to change to a metalic band. Just match up the ends with your watch and purchase. If you saved the connecting pins then all you have to do is depress the pins (similar to a toilet roll pin) and snap them in place in the yokes of the watch where they will seat in small holes.

Do you have a black leather watchstrap in stock 233 LSSN?

No. I do not sell watchbands, and neither does Fixya. However, almost any retailer that sells watches is likely to have watchbands in stock, and may have a close match. A leather shop may be able to make a custom band for you.

Skagen watch band pins I've remove/changed spring pins other watches several times before but for this watch nothing happening How is it done?

they are very tough they have more pressure on them than most spring pins also on your watch they are tucked into the leather very well. the best way is with a spring tool apply quite a bit of pressure. a normal watch band will not fit this watch. it will only take skagen replacement bands.

Band replacement

Skagen watches have a fairly unique band. If you have a leather band you can find a replacement from most after market band suppliers like Speidel. For the mesh steel the only after market I know of is from Bariloche. Bariloche. I am still not aware of any titanium mesh suppliers but you can always contact Skagen for replacement bands. They are very good at keeping replacement parts for their watches for several years.

Once you have the band you will need to use a small screw driver to depress and release the spring bar that secures the band to the watch. Place a screw driver in between the ridge of the spring bar and the lug of the watch case and gently move inwards. Remember that the end of the spring bar is spring loaded so it may fly out if you move the end away from the watch.

Thanks!
