If you search through the site home page CAREFULLY, you will find a sign in . Enter your ID and password and you get to second screen where you verify everything and then you will get an email sent to you to verify your account. Then you can pull your hair out figuring where to put your codes in. Patience and good luck

sounds like you and coke have a problem and I have no idea of a fix .apparently your name /password isn't getting put in thru their system
