SOURCE: power supply burnt

R106 is a .5 ohm. It is green, black, gold, and silver. I believe it is a 1/2 watt resister
R103A is a 27 ohm and R108A is a 470 ohm resister.I have no schematic.

SOURCE: I do have a Peavey XR500, series 260C amplifier,

I would try looking for 2SJ6357. Japanese transistors tend to drop the 2 when putting the numbers on the parts.

SOURCE: a ups mosfet ckt one mosfet burnt out og 16 can i REPLACE ONLY ON

Usually the mating one has been degraded or damaged as well. Replace as a pair, or all of them that are in the same function.

OFTEN driver transistors and drive diodes are also damaged. Carefully check all associated components to avoid burning out freshly replaced ones.

Don't know where you got the idea it's not available because it is on this website below and others:
Perhaps you didn't know that many electronics products from Japan you have to add 2S to the front?

Hi.I have a1050 va sukam inverter no power on the ac output

Check your fuse. If it's a clear fuse and you can easily see it burnt or good this will tell you if it needs replacing. If it's a ceramic fuse you can use a multi meter to check for continuity.

What is full meaning of the following codes in design and constructing an inverter-NE55,CD4013,JRC455,A733,IRFP150,1N4007,C945.

These numbers are the identification of some electronic devices that probably are being used in the inverter's circuit:

CD4013 - Dual D Flip-Flop integrated circuit
1N4007 - 1 A rectifier diode
IRFP150 - power MOSFET
A733 (2SA722) - PNP silicon transistor (low frequency amplifier)
C945 (2SC945) - NPN silicon transistor (low speed switching)

I could not find the devices marked JRC455 and NE55 - maybe they were not correctly marked, but there are some devices which have similar designations: JRC4559 is a dual operational amplifier integrated circuit and the NE555 is a time/oscillator integrated circuit.

You can download their datasheets from

Hope this information can be useful!

My monitor X241W flashes the ON/OFF LED, and nothing comes out on the screen. I changed all the filters, measured all fuses, transistors and MOSFET but everything seems to be all right. What else can it...

It may be in the safety shutdown mode if it sensing too much current draw. No short circuits in the inverter board. Plug it ino the wall out let and do not activate the power switch so the power supply will be running without having to power up the inverter board, if the 24vd is OK in the power supply then you may jave problem in the inverter board. How does the DC voltage on the secondary power supply side? Bad caps can look normal but it can have high ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) which is a no no for switching power supply. Post back with more info. So far I cannot locate free service manual download for this model.

I have a ct312 inverter tig welder and the abnormal pilot light has come on and ive been through what it says in the maintenance book but has not fixed it. the book says there must be something wrong with...

i can't tell you what's wrong with your machine but i can tell you that a MOSFET is a 'metal oxide semi conductor field effect transistor'. So, it's a transistor, probably a biggish one that handles the power of your cutter/welder and maybe possible to replace without soldering.
i have heard that a lot of these chinese machines suffer from loose connections so it may even be a loose connection to a component rather than a faulty component.
by the way, is it any good when it's working? i am interested in buying one for myself.

good luck.

What causes Viewsonic VX910 to go to black screen one second after power ON?

Depends of front LED behavior: if it turns off as well then power supply gets overloaded, if it stays on then inverter turns into protecting mode.
In first case check for suspicious looking electrolytic capacitors over power supply module.
In second case you may need to check backlight lamps, driver MOSFETs in the inverter (if PCB around and under them is darkened, better replace them). More unusual problem is faulty high-voltage capacitors in secondaries of pulse transformers, or damaged insulation of high-voltage wires from inverter to lamps.
Please ask if you need you need more specific info about MOSFETs or lamps replacement.

Trying to find the right FET to replace burnt up ones with

hafler use international rectifier hexfets. there is alot of confusion what constitutes a mosfet amplifier.
if the outputs are mosfets instead of bipolar transistors, it is a mosfet amp.
some designs are using mosfets to drive the switch mode power supply, but use bipolar output transistors.that is not a true mosfet amp.
you need to go to an electronic supplier for the repair industry.
or the manufacturers warranty depot, who will be able to order them.mosfets are very high current devices, you have to ask ...why did they fail. if they are the switch mode drivers, there is bad capacitors in that circuit

T1500-1bd burnt mosfet

First of all is the mosfet your talking about in the output section or in the power supply section? Most car amps use mosfets in the power supply section, some use them in the output section. To test the transistors in your amp, take a digital volt meter and set it to diode check. Then take the leads and put them accross the first and third legs of the transistors. Usally the red test lead on the first leg and black test lead on the third leg of transistor. If you get a reading of 000 then transistor is shorted. If you get a reading below 600 then transistor is on it's way out if not allready or it's next to a shorted transistor that is it's complimentry output transistor. comonly you will have 2 transistors working together, one NPN and one PNP per a channel, or 4 of them in a bridged type output circuit depending on the watts and how man channels your amp has. I was just looking at the specs of this amp and it's got me confused. It says it's a 2 channel but looking at all the info on different pages it says at 4ohm:200wattsx4 and at 2ohms:300wattsx4 and 1 channel mono 600watts into 4ohms. weird for a 2 channel. anyway that is how you test your transistors. Same way for the power supply section but, you will come accross a couple or more switching diodes that look like transistors and you will get a 000 reading when you test those like I specified. They rarely go out and most of the time there is only 2 of them. They will have a diagram like a diode on the front showing you which way the power flows. Let me know what you find out. Your amp should have went to protect mode if you smoked a mosfet.
