Take it to a dealer, a specialist or return it to the retailer and pay to have the bracelet adjusted so you won't have liability for any damage.

Where would I get a pin that fixes the bracelet to the watch lugs of the following Ceramic Oniss Paris watch. Its rose gold in colour

This is a standard item irrespective of the watch it is for. Just go into any reputable jeweler and they will put it on your watch for about 5 bucks.

I have a oniss ceramic dark blue divers watch on8015-MRG. The jeweler can not get one screw out of the back, what can I do?

The jeweller does not have enough tools and or skills to repair the watch. A real watch maker should be able to remove it, even if he broke it. He could even repair the "damage" of a broken screw. Question is, are you prepared to pay for the work, because the job could take over one hour. Use Google to find a watch repair shop close to you.
