Going by the Sprint's website http://coverage.sprint.com/IMPACT.jsp? You should have great coverage. I would & speak to tech support & make sure there's not an outage. They can also send signals to your phone from tech, & power cycling your phone helps too.
1. Try using another charger or cable. If it works, it means your own charger/cable is spoilt and needs to be replaced.
2. If switching the charger or cable does not work, it indicates that your phone may be malfunctioning. Send it to the nearest Authorized Apple Service Provider or Apple Store to have it fixed, if it is under warranty.
Turn off you phone and then turn it back on again. If you leave your phone on for extended periods of time the phone for some odd reason decides to lose cell service.
Simply restart your phone and all will be well.
If this does not fix your problem, you will need to take it into the Apple Genius Bar as the logic board may be malfunctioning.
. Press-hold the Home button (big circle below the screen) and the Sleep/Wake button (on top of the iPhone) simultaneously. Continue holding both buttons (Ignore the "Slide to power off") until the iPhone shuts off and begins to restart. when you see the silver Apple logo you can let go of the buttons. and then try the phone and see if it is ok now good luck
Sorry but your LCD needs replacement. Take it to the apple store and see if they'll give you a replacement. If they don't there are third party iPhone Repair Services that can fix it for you. There are also free iPhone Repair guide that show you how to fix it yourself.
Sounds like you either damaged the back light or display or hopefully just knocked the connector loose. Either way the case would need to be opened so you need to get it to a repair shop.
Plug it into the wall with the adapter it comes with and leave it for 2-4 hrs. Iphones and ipods won't charge on USB alone if their batter is completely dead.
It sounds like a hardware problem, not software. I would try calling 1800myiphone(180069474663). Yes that is one digit more than normal but it is a specific iphone help line. I've had to use it before.
