How do I install a Sandleford Genie, key operated safe? No instructions with package. Has two attachments with nuts and washers. To be installed into a wall or floor.

I usually install into a cavity wall which means you cut out a template.in eternal wall preferably in a built in cupboard or wardrobe which is less likely than behind a picture frame.then chisel out the dimension of the safe to allow 1/4 inch more space.open the safe and make provisional marks for raw plug positions.i always use engineering raw plug and bolts as these will withstand greater force.then use socket extension to tighten up ...the internal wall to external cavity is usually a minimum of 6 inches if it is all brick but if internal is block then you may be able to house something deeper.hope this is of help.you may find YouTube tutorial on this and some builders merchants offer online tutorials on most DIY projects.

How do I secure my safe to the floor/

Drill holes through the bottom, open the door and mark the hole locations on the floor. Attach bolts to the wood or concrete floor, lower the safe over the floor bolts, and fasten nuts with lockwashers onto the bolts inside the safe. When the door is closed no one will be able to undo the nuts. Or use heavy duty lag screws tightened from inside the safe. This will prevent the casual picking up of the safe and slow any thief down.

I haved a Sentry "Professional

Bolts can be found at any hardware store, just make sure you get the right type for the flooring it's to be bolted to, and leave the wheels on. Desiccant packs can be found at shooting supply places, but a longer term solution comes in the form of a rod that you plug into the wall which will keep the temperature in the safe a few degrees warmer than outside, thus preventing condensation.

I can not locate the key for my Gary safe and the batteries are dead. Can I open it without the key to change them?

No, the key is the only way to open the safe should the batteries fail or you forget the combination.

I HAVE A GRAFTER ELECTRONIC DIGITAL SAFE WITH A LOCKED DOOR, NO KEY, NO CODE AND AT THE MOMENT NO LUCK. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP. ?

If the safe isn't fixed to the wall or floor, then you can easily open the door in seconds.

Just balance the safe on it's rear edge, tilted back about 45 degrees, so the front is about 4" off the ground.

Hold the door release gently and allow the safe to fall flat, as you hear the impact, turn the release clockwise. Timing is everything and it took me 4 goes to get it right.

The battery died out in my safebox. And worst thing is I tried to use the "safebox key" and it broke! What else can i do?

if the key is broken -- then the best thing to do is to take the broken key down to your local locksmith shop and have them duplicate the key from the two pieces. if you cannot get the broken piece out of the lock then take the whole safe down to your local locksmith shop and have them dig it out and copy the key for you. if the safe is bolted to the floor and you cant move it and you cant get the broken piece out of the lock then you will need to have the locksmith come out to your house and extract the key and duplicate it for you and then you will be able to get into the safe using the new key and replace the battery.
