The pic is clogged with coffee or the air bladder is bad. Use the tool on the underside of the tray to clean out pic. If that doesn't work, the bladder will be bad.

SOURCE: Not brewing properly
I have a similar problem with my B70 Platinum brewer. The brewer was saying that it was "Brewing", but only dispensed a small amount of coffee and/or dispensed an incorrect amount of water. I called customer service and they told me that this is "short cupping" and walked me through resetting and descaling. After descaling three times, I had the same problem and called them back. I was told that I would receive a call from tech support on Monday, at the earliest, but I told them that it was unacceptable and that I would prefer to speak to someone today. I was put on hold and then spoke with someone who put in the order for a brand new brewer to be sent to me with an additional 1 year warranty.
First, try de-scaling your brewer at least two times and see what happens. If that doesn't resolve the problem, call customer service and be persistent. They will ask what kind of water you use (tell them you use bottled water, spring water, or filtered water) and some other questions. They will probably have technical service call you, so wait for the call (24-48 hours) and do what they say. If the problem isn't resolved, call customer service again! I placed a total of three calls to customer service and received one tech support call. They are very friendly and helpful. You are obviously going to be put on hold, so use a speaker phone, if possible, so you don't have to keep the phone up to your ear for 10 minutes or more, and just wait it out while watching TV or something.

Hello. I just talked to Cuisinart and they recomended running a solution of 1 part vinegar and 3 parts water through the brew cycle, then a full pot of plain water to rinse, to remove hard water deposits. The phone # to Cuisinart is 1-800-726-0190. I hope all works out for you.

To return the brew group to the centered position, you first need to drop the funnel. To do this, look on the opposite side of the brew group from the handle. At the top you will see an object that looks like a sharks fin. If you follow this piece down you will see 2 horizontal bars on the brew group body. Push your finger between these 2 bars and the funnel will drop. Now you can push the puck slide on the left side down and to the center. (You can insert your key into the hole in the front and twist the key to return the brew unit to the center. Line up the 2 diamonds and it centered) If you look down through the funnel you should see a piston. This should be centered in the funnel. If not, locate the slide on the left side of the brew unit,(it should be hanging down, a flat rectangular piece attached to the cylinder) and push the slide to the right until it does. Push the press button and you are now ready to reinsert the brew group in to the machine. First you must insert the drip tray and dredge drawer, close the door and turn on the machine without having the brew group in. Turn the machine on. You will hear the motor turn on and when it stops completely, open the door and remove the tray, now insert the brew group and replace the tray, and test.

If your brewer is not brewing the full amount selected, it may be caused by the following:
?· The exit needle is clogged by coffee grounds or cocoa mix. Please refer to the K-Cup Holder cleaning instructions.
?· The brewer may need to be de-scaled. Please refer to the de-scaling instructions.
?· The removable water reservoir was removed during brewing. Place the water reservoir back onto the brewer and perform a cleansing brew without a K-Cup.
First try to make a descale maybe repeat it the next day.
