Have you tried looking online for a wiring diagram? Often, they are available through the Internet. Otherwise, a repair manual or the dealer may be your only choices.

You may wan't to price a new wiring harness,they are not that expensive and are not too hard to put in,the lay out of the plugs and their location will lead you to the connectors that they need to go to.

The stator is not charging the batteries


as you know the stator charges the battery there is a wire that has a wire that looks like a snake that just ate rat it is called a diode it lets ac voltage change to dc voltage that charges the battery this diode only lets the voltage goe one way only disconect the connection and take a voltmeter put on dc volts put the red line the diode side the black to ground start the engine should have current going out

Mice ate wiring


Try to trace all wires and see if the metal part is still intact. Do not turn it on or allow electricity to pass yet! If wire metal intact, get some good quality black electrical tape and carefully tape all the exposed metal. When done, test system.
To prevent problem, use moth balls, fabric softener sheets, or pine sol soaked on cloths to deter mice & rats. If possible, use old- fashion mouse or rat traps with peanut butter to kill intruders to your boat. If you agressively eliminate them, the problem will be solved, but you may have to periodically repeat the trap use.
