maybe there's too much messages in your inbox and/or outbox.you need to delete some or all the messages.
there's also another way. you have to buy a sim card from your provide becuase your current sim card might be broken.

I have personal experience with this problem.
From a landline phone with your Safelink Tracfone in the other hand, call Safelink customer service with your enrollment ID or with your Social Security Number. SafeLink: 1-800-378-1684
They may want you to cal Tracfone so in case that happens: Tracfone 1-800-867-7183

can you please tell me what host you r with and the type of site you are trying to publish if its an adult website then you may try a hosting service that aproves adult material alot of hosts do not host adult websites hope this helps

You can upgrade your Safelink phone by purchasing a new/different model, call Safelink but tell them you bought the same original phone you started with and half the time theyll do it. Do not tell them that you upgraded and if a foregin CSR answeres the phone ie,Indian hang up and call again in 2 hour intervals until you get an American SCR.I have never failed to upgrade my Safelink devices. Lost or Stolen Phone Policy: For any lost or stolen SAFELINK WIRELESS phone, you may request and receive only one replacement phone per customer. The replacement phone will be a refurbished phone. All reported lost and stolen phones will be permanently deactivated. The replacement phone will include only 10 minutes of lost airtime. Any additional airtime that you may have had on your lost phone will not be replaced. In the event you lose your replacement phone or it is stolen, you will need to purchase an additional phone. If a phone is lost or stolen while in transit to the customer before the customer receives the phone, the lost phone and airtime may be replaced as a onetime courtesy in TracFone's sole discretion.
