Probably there is an electrical relay that has failed.. or if electronically controlled, the equivalent circuitry. Or maybe a thermostat has failed. Be careful with anything electrical, as these kinds of faults may need a trained tradesperson. They can be dangerous to play with, as you need to be able to take electrical measurements and use tools to repair this yourself.

had same fault its a temperature switch at back of oven, you have to remove panel and is located half way up on left and has two spade terminals coming out the back.
