SOURCE: loading data for leverevolution bullets in a Winchester 94 rifle?

Here are some basic .30-30 specifications of interest to handloaders: bullet diameter .307-.308", maximum COL 2.455", maximum case length 2.039", MAP 38,000 cup.
Medium burning rate rifle powders work best in the .30-30 with bullets in the popular 150-170 grain weight range. Examples of popular powders include IMR 3031, IMR 4895, H335, H4895, RL-15, and W748. For decades I have used IMR 3031 behind the 150 grain Speer or 150 grain Sierra Flat Point bullets and CCI or Winchester primers with excellent results.
The Hodgdon Data Manual No. 26 shows that 31.0 grains of IMR 3031 powder will drive a 150 grain bullet to a MV of 2184 fps, and 33.0 grains of IMR 3031 will drive a 150 grain bullet to a MV of 2364 fps.
The same source shows that 30.0 grains of H4895 powder will give a 170 grain bullet a MV of 1919 fps, and 32.0 grains of H4895 will give the 170 bullet a MV of 2212 fps.
An unusual load with very low recoil that is excellent for plinking and small game or varmint hunting with a .30-30 rifle is a 100 grain bullet in front of 15.0 grains of SR 4759 powder for a MV of 1834 fps, or 18.0 grains of SR 4759 for a MV of 2034 fps. These loads give excellent accuracy in my Winchester Model 94.

Need min & max loads for a henry rifle in 4570 cal using 3031 powder 350 lfn bullet &405 lfn bullett

Use any data listed for Marlin 1895 and you should be safe as long as you follow safe reloading practices (I can not give you more information as liability is so transient these days) Lyman reloading manual for cast bullets is a good source, Most all reloading manuals have 3 classifications for the wonderful old cartridge, 1871 Trap door, Marlin 1895, Ruger #1 and bolt actions. I have used all the types listed, take my word for it approach max with trepidation and use only as a last ditch effort, 1895 max loads are brutal recoil, Ruger #1 max loads are retina ripping mind numbing and a concussion waiting for you to snap the cap on.

    Good afternoon Jay.

I found a couple .58 Cal Lyman Muzzle loaders for sale here:
Muzzleloading Rifles Modern Replica Percussion For Sale that were posted for $600. A H&A .22 rifle here
FALLING BLOCK 22 RIFLE was listing for $250 Wish I could get closer than that, but listings on H&A tend more toward shotguns and pistols, and have prices anywhere from $30 'wall guns' to $500+

    Cheers

How do I remove the breech block on a .50 cal muzzleloader so I can clear a stuck round?

"a round stuck in the barrel"

From that statement I assume you mean you had a bad load, and when fired the ball when only part way down the barrel and got stuck, correct?

If so, rather than unscrewing the "breech plug", you might want to try the less invasive old time method.

You might try a ".50 cal black powder bullet puller":

    http://media.midwayusa.com/productimages/880x660/Primary/673/673644.jpg

Attach it to the end of a cleaning rod, and screw the end into the ball.

The brass ring is non-marring in the steel bore.

Once screwed in good, pull it out!

Or, you might try a "CO2 bullet discharger":

    http://www.buffaloarms.com/ItemMedia/10024/10024_44151.jpg

Remove the nipple (if a percussion action), and shoot the blast of air through it, pushing out the bullet (have it pointed in a safe direction!)

Rifle manual for 50 cal.black powder rifle tradition mod.timber ridge 209

A load for a 50 caliber rifle calls for 90 grains of FFG black powder or 90 grains of Pyrodex RS (maximum, start with a lighter load, and work your way to a good, accurate loading).

I'm not understanding the rest of your question.

    Primer failure with federal ammunition

Blown primers and hard ejection are clear indications of excessive pressure. If these are handloads you need to back off on the charge and possibly make other changes in your load. Check a good loading manual for reference.
If they are factory loads you perhaps have a headspace problem or the oal with that particular bullet is too long for your particular rifle, jamming the bullet into the rifling, and not allowing it any "jump space" or lead.
    1. dont fire anymore of that lot of ammo, and contact federal.
    2. check with a qualified gunsmith, have headspace, and bore diameter checked.
    3. if your knowledgable in smoking the tip of a bullet, check for lead, or have this done by a qualified gunsmith.
