Must be proven. What did you mean by "didnt mean to steal"? Sounds like you stole it unless you can prove otherwise. Shoplifting is a crime and sounds like you got caught.

Make sure that you have an online receipt of what you bought for evidence that you paid. Then contact the company or website on where you purchased.

My question is: where does AAFES get its merchandise from? Since you have a PO, and obviously have a purchase date & packing slip, etc. My first recommendation would be to contact them. If that doesn't work (or they refuse to support your purchase) Then I would contact Samsung directly. Identify yourself as a retailer through AAFES and request support (replacement, Rreturn Merchandise Authorization (RMA), or whatever they want to do). I would also recommend acting quickly since the further out a damage/return gets from the purchase date the harder a claim is to prove.

You must consult the person or company you purchased the merchandise from and explain to them that it isnt there, and they should sort that for you.

The coupon you have is for a discount for items purchased directly from the TomTom website (www.tomtom.com). Returning router


First, as a previous warranty tech that did a lot of work with HSN computer products, I do not give them very high grades for ease of use, or top notch products..... JMHO...

The website sure does not give you much:

Merchandise purchased from the HSN, ON-Air show or HSN.com cannot be returned at the HSN Outlet Stores. Here are the return instructions (note the telepone number): Just follow these return instructions:
  1. Re-pack the item in the original manufacturer’s packaging and shipping box. Please be sure to include all parts.
  2. Fill out the bottom portion of your packing slip and enclose it with your return. Please specify whether you would like merchandise credit (KA$H) or reimbursement to your original payment method.
  3. Use the pre-printed return label provided on the order summary and affix it OVER THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL.
