My singer food processor is half working i.e. the wet and dry grinders are working but the dough maker and the rest of the blades on the right side of the processor move in empty jar but not able to cut, slice or churn anything.

My pie dough comes out too soft and wet, what am I doing wrong?

If you feel dough being to wet, just add more flour a table spoon at the time. The dough shouldn't be too sticky. When making dough you can't always be followed exactly what the recipe says. Unless you're in a controlled environment like a baker has. Humidity and temperature play a big role. If it's to wet add more flour, to dry add a bit more water. but adjust only with tablespoon amounts.

Cuisinart DLC-10S food processor leaks when liquid is above blades

Yes. It's the basic physics of all liquids.

Perhaps a blender might be a more suitable tool?

Generally you would use the food processor for mixing/blending/chopping all the dry ingredients (and maybe the butter if you are making something like cookies).

Separately mix all the really wet ingredients together in a mixing bowl/large measuring cup.

Then combine the dry ingredients from the food processor with the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl (you can fold the dry into the wet if you used a bowl to mix the wet ingredients together. If you used a measuring cup for the wet, then it's usually better to put the dry ingredients into the mixing bowl first, making a depressed area in the center, and then add the wet into the dry.)

Magimix blade is stuck

You need to replace the spindle i'm afraid which gets worn after a time. There a UK company that sells replacements and tells you how to replace it. Not a big job though a bit tricky. magimixspares.com

We can`t disasemble it with the dough blade in, any tips?

All of the blades "lock" (rest in a groove) when rotated clockwise. This is so they'll stay put when in operation. When you take the bowl out with a blade in, you're moving the pair in a clockwise direction. So, you lock the blade in, thus locking the bowl down. Either remove the blade first by rotating it counter clockwise, then up or move the blade back 1/10th of a turn after rotating the bowl as far as it will go clockwise.

Motor fails to operate - very hit and miss

Make sure you are using the dough blade for dough instead of the regular blade - dough will cause the regular blade/assembly to gum up. This is actually a VERY high quality unit w/ a 20-year motor warranty. I would see if you get better results with the dough blade. Don't give up on it yet.

Stuck dough blade

On the DLC 7 Pro cuisinart the blade was removed by removing
the plastic bottom. Make sure the unit is unplugged. Remove the four rubber pads on the bottom. This was the hardest part because the pads are glued so securely that the inner rubber surface tears as it's removed. I used two flat blade screwdrivers and worked carefully, back and forth. Using a #2 philips, remove the four screws. Place the unit on its side and while inserting a screwdriver between a spoke and the motor frame gently turn the blade counter clockwise. Be careful not to put pressure against the cooling fins. Very little pressure was needed and the blade came right out. I might have been able to hold the shaft from turning without removing the bottom, by going through the vent slots in the bottom, but I was concerned with cracking the plastic. To replace the rubber pads I matched the design of the torn rubber pad with the shape (design) of the surface glued rubber and used thin two-sided tape.
