Question about Vacuums
If you remove the hose from the vacuum, what is the airflow strength when the machine is turned on? (airflow = suction).
If it is strong then the problem is most likely a blockage in the hose, wand or floor tool.
If it is not strong then the problem is most likely internal. Check that canister and/or dust collection bag is not full, and that there is no blockage in the bag connector. If these are all okay, then you will to take your machine to a service/repair agent.
