If you remove the hose from the vacuum, what is the airflow strength when the machine is turned on? (airflow = suction).

If it is strong then the problem is most likely a blockage in the hose, wand or floor tool.

If it is not strong then the problem is most likely internal. Check that canister and/or dust collection bag is not full, and that there is no blockage in the bag connector. If these are all okay, then you will to take your machine to a service/repair agent.

You need to replace the belt. You can get replacement belts here:

Not sucing

The reason it is not picking up is probably because the belt is stretched, worn or broken and is not turning the brush the way it should and therefore not picking anything up. You should change the belt on your model at least once a year. Here is a link to the belt you need and a link to the owners manual which has belt changing instructions:

My riccar vacuum does not pick up anything

Check the belt and then the tube on the side of the vacuum that runs from the bottom to up the side to the bag. If they belt is broken the vacuum will not pick anything up. If that tube is clogged up with dirt that will keep the vacuum from picking up as well.

IRobot stopped picking up larger bits from the carpet. It picks up the dust, but anything larger, it leaves behind. Have changed the filter/brushes. Is there anything else I need to do

Its sounds like the brushes aren't turning. Pull the vacuum and bin off the back and start it and look to see if the brushes are turning.

Have eureka 9734 replaced belt, put back together, brush rotates well but vacuum is not picking up anything, no suction.

It sounds like the machine is clogged. Check the port behind the belt and any and all hoses for obstructions and remove.
