Try running with cap loose if possible. If tank can't vent will create vacuum in tank and "run out of gas". If keeps running replace tank vent, sometimes part of cap.

H26 Deutscher with Honda motor starts ok but will only run for short time and cuts out and will not restart until cooled down , can you help thank you

You most likely have a clog in the fuel delivery some where. If the carburetor has a bowel I would suspect the float, it's associated needle and seat, or the fuel line ax nd shutoff. Some engines have a screen filter o. Top of the shutoff. If so equipped which can be an issue. Finally, check to be sure the tank is venting properly. The gas cap vent can become fouled with many different items. Carburetor spray cleaner is best to blow out the passages in the carb body.

Generac 15000 4582 won't start - seems to be flooded - blowing fuel out of exhaust - carb solenoid checks out but fuel flows into carb even when off

Carb. Sol. Can work electrically but the seat may not be sealing. Would remove and clean. Also place shutoff valve in fuel line and always turn off when storing.

Won't start

The carburetor isn't letting fuel into the engine. Check for a stuck float, a stuck inlet valve (attached to the float) or the fuel shutoff solenoid on the bottom of the Carb.

My hilux 1kd-ftv wont start 3.0 d4d return fuel line full pressure

if it is a common rail diesel then the pressure in the return line would burst it as the line is not capable of 25.000 psi
so the return line will have low pressure if it is blocked some where

have the injectors tested as there may be a tip seat problem that prevents it from starting and the compression pressure is making the pressure in the return line past the needle

No water going to ice maker and water dispenser in the door. replaced the "dual water inlet valve" 2 weeks ago and thought the problem was solved. No problems until yesterday when the same thing start

If your water line to the refridge has a shutoff where it is connected into a house water line, this shutoff can become plugged up. A lot of them have a needle type shutoff that when screwed in shuts the water off. This is where the house line gets punctured. When screwed out this little hole can become plugged up.. Screw shutoff in and out a couple of times and if you can disconnect line from this shutoff. Then open the shutoff and see if you can get water out of it. This may allow you to flush the hole and debris out of the shutoff. Then reconnect line and see if this helps. If it happens again you may want to replace the shutoff valve with a new one.

Fuel filled up air intank, lawnmower been sitting for 2 year.2003 troy-bilt riding mower

Ethanol gas ruins the Needle Valve tips and Valve Seats. This allows gas to get past them even when the Float is up causing the Needle valve to close. I bet your Oil is full of Gas as well.
Change oil, Add a Gas shutoff in the gas line and from now on shut the new Shutoff OFF a few seconds before turning off the Mower. OR by a new seat and needle valve for the Carb.

Culligan Gold series softnerdrain line runs constantly in street.

The main piston/sealpack is frozen up and needs to be replaced. There is a retrofit kit available from Culligan to repair this issue. The reason it stops when bypassed is the water is shutoff to unit.

Idles but dies when accelerated

Sounds like fuel flow restriction. Since you've replaced the fuel lines already try this....Remove and clean the carbureter needle valves and seats...Blow/**** out the inlet hose fittings ( should be 2 small brass fittings on the side of the carburetor) If you haven't replaced the lines completely (from inside the tank to carburetor) do that now.

Occasionaly the engine shuts off and won't start on JD gx345.

If the fuel pump is working correctly then the problem is between the tank and the pump. run a fuel line from the pump to a gas can. If the pump is working it will siphon the fuel into your filter. If the pump is fine then there is blockage, broken fuel line (sucking air), or something blocking the pick up inside the tank.
