Question about LG Cell Phones
My research says that it is an inherent Hardware problem and LG should replace it or fix it.
This is most likely a hardware problem. Hard reset on android phone do not come with looping and when that happens, the first thing to suspect is the hardware.
I'd advise taking the device to any LG service center close to you. If the smartphone still warranty, this will fasten the process.
