Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: My Doro Liberto 820 Mini can't find any Bluetooth hands free devices

Have you put it close to a known Bluetooth device which you know is switched on? If it can't find that then you have a severe problem. You are going to have to ask yourself how important the Bluetooth functionality is to you. If it's no big deal then get on with life without it. If it's essential then take the phone to an expert and see if it can be fixed.

My Doro liberto 820 won't find my network, it's supposed to be network unlocked, I put the Sim card in and power it on, and it searches for network and then shows no network found.

Hi

So I did some research on this phone and it turns out that it supports these following bands of frequency:
GPRS, EDGE, HSUPA, HSPA+ 21.1

I'm guessing that you are using a WCDMA bandwidth, which is common.

Your phone's antenna will simply not work with this bandwidth.

I'm sorry, but there is no way to fix this.

Why does it say user name already in use when i tryto set up doro manager in my doro 632 phone?i am using my phone number as instructed.

If you are setting up an account for the first time, the app asks for a user name and password that you can use to access the account. You enter the user name you wish to use, but if someone else already has an account using that user name, you will be told it is already in use and asked to enter a different one. Sometimes they even suggest a new one, often the same with a few numbers added to the end. Simply keep entering names until you get one that is accepted.

I have doro liberto 820 mini, which is a smartphone, I mostly like it and its features but it will not let me transfer any data to my new, empty, micro sd card? Showing 'storage full' message?

Normally the mini SD card is for your cellphone provider to give you a number and hold things like your address book. It is not provided as a data store.

The specs dont mention storage as a feature. You could contact them from this link.

I am having a problem with my doro mini 820. Is there a special way of answering it. All ideas are welcome. otherwise a super phone.

I am not familiar with your model phone. But most smart phones now can be set to answer calls in a number of different ways. Pressing any key, power key. You will have to look through the settings. You user manual should be helpful. You could also call your wireless carrier customer support number for help.
