Galaxy s4 never had a active phone line only wifi, I changed the password on the lock screen n can't remember what it is. How or what can I do to get into the fone? Short of doing a factory reset.

1. Turn the phone off
2. Take out the sim card
3. Tturn the phone back on
4. Enter *2767*2878#
5. The phone will turn off and then on.

Get it from Service Provider....Or use Some Default.... You can get the Master Reset Code Online and Unlock it...
