Can I change my account number so I can make purchases.I need to update to my new number. They have my old number, I no longer use and can't buy or purchase anything with it .

I registered my Nook color years ago but now have a different email


go to Barnes and noble website.
Log in using your old name and password.
Click on My Account (upper left corner)
Bottom of page click on Manage Account Settings (on the left)
Fill in CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.

IF you no longer have your password AND no longer have your email, you can not access your old account. You will have to register at Barnes and Nobel as a new account.

Go to the website and sign in with your old email address or old phone number and password. Then go into settings and change to your new details.

For al your questions about the account and changing to another you have to be with Apple.
Don't forget all purchases on your old account will not be transferred to a new account. Devices not unlocked from the old account can't be opened in a new account. In the new account you need to buy and and setup all apps again.

I need to update and change my email address and password from my magicjack plus from 3 years old.


All you can do is log in as a new account and ask to change the phone number. There will be a charge for this.

The email address is linked to the phone number and is required to give access to your account.

How do I update my account with PayPal with my new card?


Actually you need to login to your PayPal account https://www.paypal.com and make your changes there, rather than posting your question on a totally unrelated service such as fixya.
Once logged into your PayPal account you can add your new card and remove your old card.

Cancel a PayPal Payment
Sign in to PayPal.
Navigate to the "Profile" screen by clicking "Profile" button.
By default, your personal info will appear.
Click "My Money" to view your financial details.
Click the blue "Update" link next to "My Preapproved Payments."
A list will appear, with the merchants who you have agreed to automatically pay via your PayPal account.

All merchants you've ever agreed to reoccurring payments with will appear.
Click on the desired merchant.
Click the blue "Cancel" button next to "Status" at the top.
Click "Yes" when a confirmation box appears.
Once the payment is successfully canceled, you will see "Canceled on XX," where XX is the date.

My new apple id wont work on my updates


Your old Apple ID is linked to your payment card you might need to change this

you might not have deleted your old Apple ID

Open iTunes, click on the "down arrow" next to your account ID in the upper-right corner and choose "Account." Enter your Account ID and password and then click "Sign In." Select "Edit" next to Payment Type. Choose "None" for the payment type. Remove your billing information and click "Done." Change the information in your account. Most fields can not be left blank, so your best option is to alter the information, removing your personal details and replacing them with made-up information. Abandon the account. If you were once active in the Apple Support forums, avoid logging in and participating in discussions any longer. Your discussions will not be deleted, but will eventually be archived and go dormant. If all else fails or you need more concrete account deletion, contact Apple directly and explain to them your situation (see Below). http://www.apple.com/support/expert/ Plead your case and they may be able to assist you in deleting the account or migrating the information over to a new account.
