Replacing the roll out switch is an easy do-it-yourself repair. Fixing the problem causing the roll out of the burner flames in the first place is a bit more of a pro job. Something is causing to much heat to roll out the the combustion chamber into the control area causing the switch to fail. You will continue to burn the link until the underlying problem is fixed.

The Fan code would indicate a problem with the combustion air blower. The is a pressure switch to indicate there is sufficent combustion air, and if not then unit shuts down. Either the fan isn't running, or there is an obsturction in the fan or exhaust piping, preventing enough air flow.
cfh would be call for heat, which would be a normal display when water temp is below setpoint

This is error code indicates an overheating problem. Please check if there are enough air/water flow to cool the system while it is running. Check the valves if they are operating properly.
