To change your email address for Gmail, you will need to create a new Gmail account with your new email address and migrate your old data to the new account. Here are the steps to do this:

Have you tried to copy the received email of the old email address and paste to your new recipient, if you are concerned about hackers and you are sending a email/s to multiple recipients use BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) and request your recipients do the same.

Short answer is no if you mean you wish to receive emails from your old account. A solution would be to set an automatic response on your old email account to say that your email address has changed and also set a forwarder to forward emails to your new account from your old account. if you have no access to your old account anymore than other than contacting everybody with your new address there is not much you can do

1 -Simply set up a new email address on gmail or any other provider.
2 - In Outlook, log onto your old email address.
3 - Create a message rule to forward all messages received in your old email address Inbox to your new email address. To do this go to the Message heading and select "Create Rule From Message".
4 - Remember to inform everybody that your email address has changed. The easiest way to do this is to have an auto-reply from your old email address that informs message senders of the details of your new email address.
5 - If you think some people may send emails to your old email address in the distant future, you may want to log into your old email from time to time to ensure that it is not deleted due to inactivity.

Your best bet is to create a new Gmail account and set up mail forwarding from your old account to the new one. You could set up your old address as a POP3 account on your new one (under Mail Settings -> Forwarding and POP/IMAP) and retrieve existing mail messages.
