When creating a new account, they ask for display name. What is that? Don't understand.


They are asking for a name to be used for the display on the new account. Usually like a screen name on a computer account.

How do i sign in to google play?


Here's how to add a Google Account on your device:
  1. Open your device's main Settings menu.
  2. Under "Accounts", touch + Add account.
  3. Select Google .
  4. Choose Existing (if you want to add an account you already have) or New (if you want to create a new one).
  5. Follow the instructions to add your account.

HOW DO I DELETE PROFILE DATA FROM MY TRACKER? Fitbit uses your height, weight, and age measurements to properly calculate your stride length (which helps determine your distance), calorie burn, and active minutes.

To delete your profile measurements from your tracker, the tracker must be set up to a different account. Once a tracker is set up to a different account, it will automatically unlink itself from the dashboard and all of the tracker's stored data will be permanently deleted from the tracker. Need help downloading a fitbit to my hp computer


  1. Go tohttp://www.fitbit.com/setup/and click theDownload Herebutton to download Fitbit Connect for your Force, Flex, One, or Zip tracker. If you have an Ultra, you should instead followthese steps.
  2. Once the download has completed, open the file and begin to follow the onscreen instructions.
    If you are on a Mac, open the dmg file. If it doesn't appear on your desktop, search for "Fitbit Connect" in Spotlight.
    If you are on a PC, run the .exe file from your download location. If it doesn't appear on your desktop, search for "Fitbit Connect" in the Start menu.
  3. Once the installation is complete, you will be presented with the Fitbit Connect Main Menu. SelectSet Up A New Fitbit Device.
  4. Account Setup:
    • SelectNew to Fitbitif you don't already have a Fitbit.com account.
    • SelectExisting Userto log in using your existing Fitbit.com account.
    • ou will be asked for a few details about yourself. This information improves the accuracy of your caloric burn and distance data. You can later adjust yourprivacy settingsto control which details are shared with others.
    • After filling out your personal information, you'll be asked which device you're setting up. Select the appropriate tracker to continue.
    • Plug the wireless USB sync dongle into your computer (this is the smaller USB device--not the charging cable), and bring your tracker near to it to begin pairing.
    • Tracker Pairing:
      • Force, One, or Zip: You will see a pairing number that appears on your tracker's display once your device has been located; enter this number on your computer.
      • Flex: Follow the onscreen instructions and rapidly tap the device when instructed, then confirm its vibration.
    • After clickingNext, your tracker will connect to your Fitbit.com account. This can take up to a minute.
    • Once your tracker has connected to Fitbit.com, you may be prompted to enter a greeting (depending on which tracker you have). This can be your name or any 8-character combination of letters or numbers.
    • When your tracker is linked with your Fitbit account, Fitbit Connect will notify you and present some basic instructions on using your device.
    • You can now log into your account dashboard to view your synced data.

Reset to factory settings


To factory reset your tracker:
1.Attach the charging cable to your tracker and plug the other end into a USB port.
2.Press and hold the button for approximately two seconds and without letting go of the button:
3.Remove the charging cable from your tracker.
4.Wait about seven to nine more seconds after removing the charging cable.
5.Let go of the button and hold it down again.
6.After "ALT" and a white screen flash, let go of the button and hold it down again.
7.After you feel a vibration, let go of the button and hold it down again.
After you see "ERROR," let go of the button and hold it down again.
After you see "ERASE," let go of the button. The tracker will turn off.
8.To turn your tracker back on, press the button or attach the charging cable (make sure to plug in the other end of the cable). If the time on your tracker reads 0:00, the reset was successful.
9.Next you'll tell your Fitbit account that you're setting up a new tracker.
10.If you use the Fitbit app, tap or click the Account icon (User-added image) and choose Set Up a Device.
11.Follow the instructions to replace your tracker.

I have an account on facebook but no matter what i do i cannot access my page it will not accept my password and have even tried a new password all to no avail


Facebook log on misplacements means creating another account to continue with social networking excitement. Do not loose your pass this time. good luck

I cannot download excite.com Email folders (incoming, sent etc.).all I get is the icon indicating downloading and on lower task bar over word "done" a caution icon or at times error on page. Please help at wits end!
