Question about Philips Headset Headset
Oftentimes you need to take it to a repair shop to get the wires re-run/connected. If it's a wired headset then you may have (and in my experience this is the most common) pulled the cord and some point and basically dislodged the cable from it's socket on one side - alternatively there may be a break somewhere in the cord.
