How do i get rid of money from the credit card

If you have a "credit-balance", go to the bank that issued the credit-card, and ask for a "cash-advance" for the value of the credit, and to charge your credit-card for that amount, thus reducing your balance to "zero".

My c card is not at its limet

This is a good place to be in, credit card issuers don't intend for you to use your whole credit limit. In fact, bad things can happen when your credit card balance approaches or even exceeds your credit limit.
1. Your credit score will drop.
2. Lenders won't like it.
3. You risk going over your credit limit.
4. The balance is harder to repay.
5. You could trigger the penalty rate.
If on the other hand you do want your card at its limit, here is a link to a site with many great products: http://www.thinkgeek.com/

Should I keep low balance on my credit cards?

it always a good idea to keep a low balance on a credit card,, a low balance makes it easier to pay off & keep in good standing with the ones who issued the card, and also gives you a higher credit score keeping the balance paid off
