Sounds like the wrong colours were installed temporarily. It may never clear properly.
Try printing complete pages of one colour until the correct colour arrives.

In addition to more than one of the same colour cartridge being installed this error can also occur if a colour is in the incorrect position. I know it sounds obvious but I would recommend double checking that both of the different black cartridges are definitely in the correct slot and none of the colours have become jumbled.

If everything is 100% in the correct position the only alternative I can think of is if the manufacturer of one of your cartridges has incorrectly chipped one of them. this would cause your printer to think more than one of the same colour is installed. In which case I would contact your supplier.

They may be new but are they genuine canon cartridges? There are loads of rubbish compatables out there. I bought magenta ones once and they turned out to be orange??

Canon PIXMA IP6210D will not recognize cartridges


Cartridges have smart chips in them to prevent refilling and they tell tales if you do. There are some suggesitons in the link for resetting.

Colour Cartridge


hi check your cartridge number are ok , clean the pin points of the cartridge and carridge pins of the printer if not works , try another cartridge if not works than may be carridge faulty , carridge data cable faulty, or logic card of the printer go to your service center or any repairing shop .
