Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I refilled my cartridge(12 A desmat). Print was very dull hence, I changed the drum also. Again print is coming very dull. Shopkeeper told me there is some problem in your printer. He tested the same cartridge in his own printer and got very fine print. I used other cartridge in my printer that is printing good but refilled cartridge giving dull print. Would anybody help me in this regards, plz.

try to heat up the printhead of the cartridge on hot water about 90degre celsius and clean the head whit a clean soft paper (toilet paper is great and cheap) and make a clean nozle on the printer software.

Trying cleaning the contacts on the cartridge and clean the contacts on the printer use a dry tint paper towel to clean the contacts. Then try to reinstall the cartridge using the software. Try to print the self test. If failed try another cartridge if you dont get any error then the cartridge might be defective

I think I know what the problem is...
When you refill these toner cartridges you need to reset the "toner empty" cog wheel.

try sucking from the bottom with a refill clip in order to remove the air that is in the cartridge and holds ink in the sponge
look in this video for a success refilling
