This is almost certainly a phishing scam. They have written to you saying items are charged to your account? There is a link for account resolution saying if you wish to query the payment. When you mouse over the link, you will see that is not a Paypal page. If you click the link and go to the page, it will look like Paypal, but the URL Address will not start httpS:// signifying it is a SECURE site and the URL address does not say Paypal until towards the end of the address. They want you to enter your real account details AND THEN they will steal from you.

If you want me to check, click the link and send me the URL as a COMMENT under my post.

Paypal problems

PayPal is one means via which people all over the world send and receive money online.
As is the case with any online service, however, PayPal subjects you to account limitations and, in some cases, outright suspensions.

If your account is suspended, you shouldn't panic in order to open a new account, all you need initially is a different email address but rather take quick action so that you can begin using PayPal's services again as soon as possible.

Create a new PayPal account online.
Visit the link listed Below
https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_registration-run

Select your country and language from the drop-down menus, then click "Personal," "Premier" or "Business," depending on whether you plan to use your account for online shopping, selling or your company, respectively.

Enter your name, address and phone number, then click "Agree and Create Account."
Enter your payment method details.

In order to use your new PayPal account to make purchases online, you'll need to have a payment method either a checking account or a credit card on file.

It's important to note that because your suspended account is linked to any credit cards or checking accounts you put on file when you were using it, you'll need to use different cards and/or accounts for your new PayPal account.

If you use a checking account that's associated with a suspended account, the system will reject it.

Use your secondary account as you would your normal account, keeping in mind that you should contact PayPal and ask them to reverse your primary account's suspension if you wish to use credit cards and checking accounts associated with it to transact online.

This is from the PayPal Website:

You can cancel only unclaimed payments. If the payment is complete, you can contact the person who received the payment and request a refund.

To cancel an unclaimed payment:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click History.
  3. Click Cancel under Order Status/Actions.
  4. Click Cancel Payment next to the unclaimed payment.
Note:
  • A payment is automatically cancelled if the recipient doesn't accept it within 30 days.
  • If you paid with a credit card, it can take up to 30 days for a refund to appear on your card statement.
If you want to request a refund for a completed payment, here's how to find a seller's contact information:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click History.
  3. Click Details next to the transaction.

Hi,

If you used PayPal to purchase an item and you wish to request a refund, you will need to log in to PayPal to do this. You can click here for the website.

You can only cancel your transaction if the recipient has not claimed the money. To request a refund, you'll need to contact the recipient of the payment.

To cancel the payment from your bank:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

The payment will be returned to your PayPal account, not your bank account. From there, you can withdraw the money from your PayPal account to your bank account.

To cancel your credit card payment:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

Your payment will be returned to your credit card. This can take up to 30 days.

I have canceled my order to Big Fish Games. But still getting billed. I do not plan to pay for this.Take this transaction off 6GB13974DY601344N.

If you've cancelled your order with Big Fish Games and still being charged on your PayPal account, first verify with Big Fish about this inquiry if the order was cancelled, inform them about the charge that's showing on your PayPal, and then call PayPal hotline to dispute the amount that was charged for the said transaction.

If they do not cancel your account, you should contact your credit card company. They will be able to block all charges from this company. They will also try to get in contact with the company usually and see why they are not cancelling your account for you.
