you can give it voice commands by pressing the mic top left corner I told mine to reset and it did it. let it charge up good then turn it on and look for the tiny microphone. say reset and let it do its thang
Ask the someone you bought it from. No one buys a phone/tablet/Kindle/computer without knowing it is accessible. Not even from a pawn shop. Basically because they're worthless if you cannot access them. Many people on this site ask these questions, but few will get answers since the majority of them have obtained these devices illegally. We do not assist in these activities. You may be the exception to the rule, but if you are, you are just gullible to purchase a device that you didn't get the lock code/sequence from.
I bought a Kindle Fire from a pawn shop. I called Kindle and they walked me through the steps to register and when it wouldn't register, he checked the serial# turns out it had been stolen and the person had it locked so no-one could ever use it. It had not been reported stolen to police, just locked through Kindle. Oh yeah, point being, call the manufacturer tho get it unlocked
its brand new and you forgot everything already if you did the google mail password assist then open that if dont know that or didnt do it can try provider for assistance and most lockouts are either 1hr or 24hr
