Question about Televison & Video
first we start with the power supply,
we need to have at least 110v to have the deflection circuits working.
if you have a multimeter measure the voltage on the capacitor after the diode of chopper secondary windings.that would be the B+.
maybe the supply rail B+ is only about 45V or still lower
solution : replace the horizontal deflection flyback transformer maybe partially shorted
maybe no voltage at all
solution : check horizontal output transistor might be defective, replace if found shorted
maybe there is a good supply say at least 110V , but no oscillator drive on the horizontal output transistor, or blocked oscillator signal drive
