Question about Cell Phones
It depends if it is asking for a consumer set passcode or a PUK Code?
Consumer code. Perform Hard Reset which clears everything off the phone. Hold Power button and Volume Up button.
PUK Code. This can only come from the cellular company that owns the phone. They have locked it at firmware level with an encrypted key. This is often done if the phone is reported stolen, if you try to use another carrier, or if you are in default of payment.
