Question about Panasonic Office Equipment & Supplies
This trick had worked every so often....if you still have the old drum unit. put it back in with the toner cartridge in place. once it gives you the failure message. shut it down with the old drum. replace the drum with the new and power back up. if that doesnt work try a veriation of those instructions. thats what worked for me a couple of times on customer printers.

Sensor is not working properly. Check in manual to see if there is a reset for it.
