SOURCE: Spa / hot tub does not heat

Your temperature control is way out of calibration or, it's wired wrong. Remove it and check it in a glass of water. Use an ohm meter across the heater wires. As you add hot wwater, the heater contacts should open.

SOURCE: my spa heater is saying the spa is 126 degrees so

Use a thermometer to check the actual temp of the water to see if the units temp probe is accurate. Also what is the max temp allowed by the spas safety program...owners manual.
Thanks,

SOURCE: Calcium build up in my Arctic Spa Hot Tub

The worst calcium build-up I have seen on an Acrylic shell was actually caused by incorrect use of chemicals by the owner. The owner was dosing in very large quantities which was the cause of their issues. Little and often is the best way to go when adding any chemicals to a hot tub.

I don't rate Aqua Finesse at all. I have seen cirulation lines partially blocked due to similar products, I wont recommend it to any of my customers or use it myself.

If you were my customer, I'd be running through your chemical routine and the quantities that you add at any one time. It's possible that you are over-dosing and causing the problem to get worse.

Kind Regards,
Ian Kime.

I have a new spa and he says an error E98 by other models it means water to hot but my water is just 13 degrees Celsius how can i fix it ?

that often happens when there is a reduced flow of water. it heats up too fast and cannot circulate to the spa causing it to overheat when the spa is in reality not hot

Can't get Klondikier Arctic spa to heat higher than 80 degrees?

ck the filters , not enough flow across heaters will not allow enough heat to be added to spa
also this spa has dual heater elements I do believe one may have gone bad leaving only one to do the job

Hs error code what does it mean?

Water Temperature Sensing Error

A) Inlet water temperature sensor is reporting a temperature in excess of 104 degrees. Normal operation resumes 2 minutes after inlet water temperature sensor reports temperatures of 104 degrees or less. This error functions in both normal and remote thermostat modes.
or

B) Inlet water temperature sensor is reporting a temperature change at a rate faster than 6 degrees in 60 seconds, indicating a potentially damaging low water flow condition. Normal operation resumes when temperatures stabilize. If this condition is detected 3 times, the heater will lock-out until the electrical power is cycled off and back on.

Leisure Bay spa will not heat past 86 degrees. Element and sensors are new. Spa has excellent flow and correct voltage at terminals.

if the spa does not heat up to 104 degrees then the temp sensor is what you are going to need.
Are there error codes showing on the screen of the topside?
You will need to know the model number of the control box or the model number of the heater tube in order to get the proper sensor.
