Hi..
sounds like the voice coil could be open or damaged. the woofer can be reconed. reconing replaces all the moving parts in the speaker frame returning to new condition in most cases.

Try differnt speakers, if they do not produce sound, amp channels may be blown and then you need to take it to a shop.

Yes, with the appropriate replacement driver in size and similar specs regardless of the brand. P-audio drivers worked fine in this unit.

Does the woofer inside the srm 350 take the blue or yellow wires? I forgot. Thanks

I haven't looked inside this particular model but have worked on similar. If you trace the wires back to the PCB it should be marked LF (for the woofer) and HF (for the horn).

My subwoofer doesn't receive power, all amp fuses are fine, amp powers on, remote wire and rca wires are connected and intact. Before it stopped working all together the woofer would cut out and after...

If you are getting power to the amp, try this....Find a small speaker, unhook your sub and wire speaker to amp. Turn on your system at a low volume....If the other speaker is playing through amp, then your sub is shot.....If the small speaker doesnt work, then its either your channel is gone on the amp or the rcas have quit off off your head unit.

The voice coil is open, you can look real close at the spider wires that are soldered from the two terminals to the cone to see if they are bad, otherwise you will need new woofer, you can try getting the woofer from partsexpress.com

Rear door speakers don't work w/ aftermarket radio in 94 suburban

You need to attach the blue wire on the stereo harness to the blue and white wire on the car adapter harness. they installed a small amplifier to power the rear door speakers and unless you connect those two wires then the speakers will not work.

JVC Sub-Woofer

Well, sort of. It's part of a typical JVC shelf system. The gray and blue are for the left woofer and the red and black are for the right woofer. It's basically just two small "woofers" in a box. So unless you have a small amplifier that has 2 subwoofer outputs with a built in crossover, they are essentially useless.
