13" mickey mouse tv/dvd no speakers

I was given the 13" Mickey Mouse tv/dvd combo and it does not have the speakers. does anyone know where I can get the replacement parts for it? I also would like to get the remote to match.

Getting the speakers probably won't be easy but as far as the remote goes maybe a place like Sears can order it for you since they sold these TV's as well as Kmart.
