Question about Televison & Video
I have model number bdp s1500
No an HDMI cable should do the trick. You would only need WiFi if it was in a different room completely and thus a cable would be impracticable.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

No. Sorry that was so blunt, but here's why.
The DVD units actually have the decoding componants built into the blu-ray units and not into the drive itself. You need the decoding to be able to translate the blu-ray disk to what a PC can understand.
There are inexpensive $80 blu-ray drives available for the PC. Not the best quality, but they work.

Only by using the Composite connection. Unless you are using a really low quality cable you will not be able to see any difference to a digital connection.
