Question about Televison & Video
Depends on how your receiving your signal too it , if it comes from a cable box then its the cable co problem , if its off air (dtv) then that's a little harder to deal with , try the second audio channel to se if its the same (other language I know) also see if its on all channels then if not it may be a network problem (I know tnt does this on purpose) that's something else out of your control
also try another tv connected to same box the same way , see if it does this too , might save you a unneeded repair bill
