There are two separate systems at work
one system is carrying the other during transmission to the tv so if there is a disturbance or glitch the sound will be out of sync
sometimes simply changing the channel to another one then back will do the job unless the problem is in the station transmitting
if the problem is not there on another channel it is the station but if it persists through the whole channels selection, take the tv set in for a proper diagnosis and quote
