Wow, your question is extremely confusing the way you have it worded.

So can you ever hear your ring, even when you are setting up it and testing it in the menu?
    *In the testing menu, no.

Does it also vibrate at that point?

*when I am testing it does not vibrate, it only vibrates when i received a call, emails, sms, etc..... because i have it on the vibrate + tone mode.

In the speaker option I click on Loud, then went to advance, then click again on loud and it takes to the settings where you can change the notifications for each aplication I have, when I go to the ring option I can not hear any sounds.

You say it plays music, but not through the loud speaker? Only through the earpiece and headphones?

    * When i go to media option I click on the music option and if I choose a song an it starts playing I can not hear, but then I can click while is playing and the option activate handset appear in the list if i click on that I can hear perfect the song.
Also in the media option there is a option for ringtones and If I go there and test the ringtones there i can hear them perfectly, without HEADPHONES!!!!.

Please let me know on these things.

Wow it sounds like the actual ringer speaker may have issues, it shouldn't be so complicated to get the ringtone to work, if you set it in the ringer options, set the phone to ring + vibrate, it should ring. If it doesn't, and you can't even hear it when you are setting the ring, then something is wrong with the ringer speaker. You will want to have the phone checked out by your service provider. It definitely sounds like the hardware is having problems.

    Thanks
    Tim

Sounds like the phone speaker may have burnt out. Does it make any sound out of that speaker (not the headphones)? Blackberrys have this no ring issue quite a bit and sometimes just require a software update. I recommend going to your provider and having them check it out.

Another quick thing to try is to pull the battery (make sure the phone is on when you do this).
Let me know how this turns out

My phone is not ringing when I get incoming calls, beeping when I get txts, and it won't go on loud speaker. The volume is high. Its set to normal profile, with ringing volume high. Please advise.

Some how your phone was reset or had the tone turned off. Just follow the below guide and your audio should come back on. I would do a soft reset (turn off the handset, remove the battery then reinsert) before performing the instructions.

Tone settings
To select a ringing tone for voice calls, select Tones >
Ringing tone.
To select a ringing tone for video calls, select Tones > Video
call tone.
To set the ringing type, select Tones > Ringing type. You
can also set the device to sound a ringing tone that is a
combination of the spoken name of the caller and the
selected ringing tone, when someone from your contacts list
calls you. Select Tones > Say caller's name.
To set the volume level of the ringing tone, select Tones >
Ringing volume.
To set the various alert tones, select Tones > Message alert
tone, E-mail alert tone, Calendar alarm tone, or Clock
alarm tone.
To set the device to vibrate when you receive a call, select
Tones > Vibrating alert.
To set the volume level of the device keypad tones, select
Tones > Keypad tones.

I have included a link to download your user manual if needed, it comes as a PDF file so you need to have adobe PDF down loader

BlackBerry Tour: How to make it ring and vibrate for incoming calls

You can customize your BlackBerry Tour so that either it rings when you get a phone call, or it vibrates -- or both. To make your phone both ring and vibrate when you get a call, go to your BlackBerry's sounds and ring tone options, which you can get to by either of the following two ways:

#1 - Use the trackball to go to the sound icon in the upper left corner of the main screen and click on it, then toward the bottom of the list that appears, select Set Ring Tones/Alerts, then select Phone.

#2 - On the main screen, press the BlackBerry button (the one with the seven dots) to take you to your Home folder. Scroll down to the Options folder (it's usually toward the bottom, and it has a wrench icon) and click on it, then select Sounds and Ring Tones.

From this scren you can select the ring tone that you want and adjust the ring tone volume. Then scroll down to Vibration and set it for On.

There is also an option for Vibrate with Ring Tone. If you turn this option on, the phone will both ring and vibrate at the same time when you get a call. If you turn it off, the phone will vibrate first, then ring. Either way, you'll get the ring and the vibration -- it's just a matter of whether they happen together or not. To see the difference between the two options, use the "Try it" option at the bottom of the screen.

When you've made the selections that you want, exit out of the options screen, but be sure to choose Save rather than Discard to save your changes.

How do I adjust the volume, too LOUD?

Hello jinniq51,

i have some tips on how to do it hope it helps :D

Settings
In this menu, you can adjust various phone
settings. To reset some menu settings to their
default values, select Restore factory set.
Tone settings
Select Menu > Settings > Tone settings and from the available
options:
Ringing tone-To set the tone for incoming calls
Ringing volume-To set the volume level for the ringing and
message alert tones. If you set Ringing volume to be level 2 or
above, your phone rings with the ringing volume ascending
from level 1 to the level you have set when there is an
incoming call.
Vibrating alert-To set the phone to vibrate when you receive a
call or a text message
Message alert tone-To set the tone to sound when you receive
a text message
Warning tones-To set the phone to sound tones, for example,
when the battery is running out of power

Ringer is marked as off on my blackberry bold 9700 and i have no sound

Hi,Sound profiles define how your BlackBerry device alerts you of phone calls, messages, reminders, and browser content.

Your device has a Normal sound profile and six other preloaded sound profiles: Loud, Medium, Vibrate Only, Silent, Phone Calls Only, and All Alerts Off.

By default, some of the settings in the preloaded sound profiles are based on the settings in the Normal sound profile. For example, when you change the ring tone in the Normal sound profile, the ring tone in the Loud, Medium, and Phone Calls Only sound profiles is automatically updated. If you do not want specific settings for a preloaded sound profile to update automatically when you change the corresponding setting in the Normal profile, you can manually change the settings in that preloaded sound profile.

You can create custom sound profiles. When you assign a custom ring tone to a contact, the ring tone is always active and does not change when you switch sound profiles unless you switch to the All Alerts Off sound profile. Call and message notifications for your contacts might be audible even if you switch your sound profile to Silent or Vibrate Only.

You can change, rename, and delete most preloaded sound profiles. You cannot delete the Vibrate Only sound profile and you cannot change, rename or delete the All Alerts Off sound profiles. You can change the Normal sound profile, but you cannot rename or delete it because some of the settings in the other preloaded sound profiles are based on the settings in the Normal sound profile.

Change a sound profile

If you change a setting in a preloaded sound profile that is based on the Normal sound profile, that change will override the corresponding Normal sound profile setting in the preloaded sound profile.

1. On the Home screen, click the Sounds icon.
2. Perform one of the following actions:
* To change the active sound profile, click Set Ring Tones/Alerts.
* To change a custom or preloaded sound profile, click Edit Profiles. Click a profile.
3. Click the application or item that you want to change.
4. Change the notification information.
5. Press the Menu key.
6. Click Save.
7. Press the Menu key.
8. Click Save.

Hope that helped...

A am not getting any sound when faxing or when faxes are coming through and my volume is on loud why is that.. I disconnected plugged it back in changed some settings and i still get nothing

Your HP all-in-one provides three levels for adjusting the ring and speaker volume. The ring volume is the volume of the phone rings. The speaker volume is the level of everything else, such as the dial tones, fax tones, and button press beeps. The default setting is Soft.
1 Press Setup.
2 Press 4, and then press 8.
This displays the Basic Fax Setup menu and then selects Ring and Beep Volume.
3 Press to select one of the options: Soft, Loud, or Off.
Note If you select Off, you will not hear a dial tone, fax tones, or incoming ring
tones.
4 Press OK.

My phone will not ring out loud and vibrate at the same time.

To turn on a ringtone and vibration, go to your BlackBerry's sounds and ring tone options by either of the following ways:

1. Use the trackball to go to the sound icon in the upper left corner of the main screen and click on it, then toward the bottom of the list that appears, select Set Ring Tones/Alerts, then select Phone.

2. In the Home folder, go to your Options folder (usually toward the bottom, has a wrench icon) and select Sounds and Ring Tones.

Select the ring tone and volume that you want, and for Play Sound select Always. Scroll down to Vibration and set it for On.

There is an option for Vibrate with Ring Tone -- set that to on in order to make your phone both ring and vibrate at the same time, then save the settings when you cancel out, and you're all set.
