Question about Heating & Cooling
This is typically due to Low Pump Pressure.
Check to make sure you input and output air filters are clean.
There is a filter under the black cover so make sure to check that one.
Turn the pressure up a 1/2 pound past manufactures setting and see if the unit starts after that with the hood having to be lifted.
