Question about Kyocera Km-6030 With Feed, Finisher, Bank, Print, Scan - 270k Copies
I want to print a PDF document, and I cannot get the Properties box to open. I printed several documents the other day, and the Properties box opened and was totally functional. My problem now is not with the printing, but with trying to open the Properties box. Do you know what the problems is, and how I can access the Properties box? Thank you.

1. Check that you are using the latest print driver - from kyocera website.
2. If the issue is when you print pdf files then make sure you set the printer in KPDL Auto mode - check the print driver settings about this and the printer menu.
3.You may check if you have the latest firmware installed within the printer - print a service status page (Menu->Others->Service).

SOURCE: printer queue
I have seen things similar to what you describe. Most likely it is due to a PC setting that retains jobs in the queue. Conceivably, if you have a hard drive in the printer, it is a setting that may be corrected by logging in to the printer's IP address. I have not ever seen it caused by the printer, alone.

it might be a long shot but have you got an add toner message on your copier screen.
When toner is required the copier will only print on page at a time.
Alternately you should ensure that you have not selected a partial print eg
print current view or print current page.
if all this fails, reload the driver and or your Acrobat reader
hope this helps
