SOURCE: Dometic rm7732 not cooling
If the refrigerator isn't cool, you need to answer some questions, then see if the compressor is running.
First, answer these questions:
The compressor is a football-sized case with no apparent moving parts. It's on the outside of the refrigerator at the back near the bottom. If it is humming or making a continuous noise and your refrigerator is still not cooling, there may be a more serious problem with one or more of several different components, we recommend contacting a qualified appliance repair technician for further help.
If the compressor is not running but you do have power to the refrigerator, there may be a problem with one or more of these:

If your freezer is getting down close to zero degrees (F) then I doubt that your refrigerant is low. The most common cause of the refrigerator section not getting cool (approximately 40 degrees (f)) is a fan that pulls the coils in the freezer into the refrigerator has failed. A very common failure of a cheep little fan motor. Normally that fan is behind a panel in the freezer section at the bottom. Determine where the cold air in the refrigerator section normally enters and the fan will be above there.

Testimonial: " What do you think is wrong??? Cost of repair exceeds....? I understand that the ammonia leaks are very visible... nothing can be seen????"
Do you hear a clicking sound If not. there is a black box inside the out side door. Check the fuses in it.

SOURCE: no cooling on 12v or gas
Hello,Depending on the age of the unit, it could have a compressor going bad
on it, as the compressor gets hot the valves may not be seating
correctly or may be burning out.
You may have also lost some refrigerant, but I am going to lean more to a bad compressor.

There could be leak which causes
the no cooling state in your unit.To check the cooling ammonia system, the 110v
heater or the 12 Volt heaters can be hotwired direct to a power source, this
will check the cooling system, The 110 V is best to check. But you need a
repair person to get it diagnosed.
