Purchased an inland wireless mouse and it came with 2 AAA batteries, but I can's find a cavity to place the batteries. Is there an instruction manual?

The one I got required you to squeeze the sides and pull back.
The spot where your palms resets then pops off revealing where
the AAA's go. Note: Look closely to determine how they fit in.

Yes, they made it really hard to see where the batteries go. You need to slide the solid part of the top away from the two buttons. It takes some force to do this.

I also have an Inland wireless mouse. For mine, it did come with an instruction manual. This is it:
www.inland-products.com/instructions/07340srmanual.doc

Basically, you turn the mouse over, and right by the end there's a little switch type thing. For me, its under the sticker with the model number and such. Anyways, hold down the switch and then on the other side of the mouse, push the cap/cover/main part of the mouse down. It should slide down and open. Good luck!

SOURCE: Getting wireless keyboard working

Normal 0 Assuming that you have good batteries installed, turn the Keyboard over and locate the small reset/connect button on the back of the keyboard and press it. Then try to see if it is working. If not try pressing the button on the receiver and then on the keyboard.
Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps. Bud

I just purchased a new pc and it came with an Inland 70119 2.4GHZ wireless keyboard and mouse. The mouse works great, but I cannot get the keyboard to do anything. I have tried different batteries,...

If the keyboard and mouse came together, and the mouse works fine, and you've tired drivers, batteries, etc, then the only other possible issue is that the keyboard is bad.

Try connecting the keyboard and mouse to a different computer to verify this, otherwise replace the keyboard and see what happens.

Hope this helps

Lights are on but mouse doesn,t work.Inland wireless mouse and keybord. Keyboard works great.

Check with fresh batteries.. Did you sync the mouse with transciever? Push tiny button on transceiver, (maybe hold for few seconds) light flashes quickly.. then push tiny button under the mouse, light stops flashing. Try few times, maybe otherway round. If still not work consider defective.

How do I hook the wireless mouse

2 AAA batteries go into the Mouse itself.
You plug in the USB transmitter into any USB port (Windows will recognize the install the proper drivers for you automatically).
The Mouse should have a SYNC button (push that button after you add the 2 AAA batteries and have plugged the USB transmitter into a USB port).

I just purchased a GE optical wireless mini mouse. I cannot figure out where to put the batteries or how to open it. Does this require a screwdriver?

Hi, I have one and you do not have to have a screw driver. The round part on top of the mouse behind the left & right key slides to the rear with down ward pressure and pull towards you. It should have 2 AAA bateries inside. Hope this helps. Bud
