I have a GE mod. GLM23QETA GS and the problem is that the water does not come out from dispenser. I tested the electro valve and is working properly, I blowed air into the hose and I feel clogged.

There might be a problem with the water dispenser or the water filter is not installed properly.

Take a piece of your current water line to the local appliance store. They will probably have what you need.

Ice dispenser doesn't work

1. Dispenser control board

If the ice dispenser is not functioning at all the most likely cause is going to be the dispenser control board. The dispenser control board governs the major portion of the systematic functions of the dispenser and is less likely to be the issue if only certain components are malfunctioning. If the dispenser control board is at fault, it will need to be replaced.

If the ice dispenser on your refrigerator is not working properly, one of the first things to consider as an issue is the water pressure to your appliance. The ice dispenser cannot properly function with a psi less than 20. If psi is appropriate, proceed to replace the water inlet valve to correct the issue. You may also be dealing with low household water pressure. This low flow can be examined by using a water pressure test gauge. Once the household water pressure is resolved, you can double check your refrigerator connection to ensure it is now flowing properly and that the ice dispenser is functioning.

If the ice dispenser is not working on your refrigerator, the issue could be a frozen water supply tube located in the door. Although this may be a tricky problem to locate, the first thing to do is find a connection point in the tube. After this has been found, attempt to blow air through the tube. If the air flows freely through the tube, it is not frozen and this is not the issue. If it does not, the tube is frozen and needs to be removed to thaw out. As it thaws, attempt to ascertain why it froze and correct the positioning of the tubing to prevent the issue from occurring again in the future.

If your water dispenser's flow is running slow check to ensure that your water filter is not clogged. If after checking you determine that the filter is clogged, simply replace the filter. Filters should be replaced every six months to ensure clean drinking water.

This switch is responsible for turning on the light in the freezer and simultaneously turning off the water dispenser when the freezer door is opened. Seems like you left the door open or you have a bad door seal. If it has a lot of frost against the back wall, you may have a defrost issue.

If your model is the PSS25MGMWW and the water dispenser is not workingthe problem is most likely the=> WR57X10026 Water Inlet Valve Most times the ice dispenser and water to the ice maker will continue to work properly while the half of the water control valve will fail and stop water to the dispenser or ice maker. The water control valve has two side's, one controls the water to ice maker and the oher side controls the water dispenser. Most likely the water dispenser side has become defective and can no longer open the water valve to let water come to dispenser. You can test the voltage to the water dispenser side by useing a multi meter set for 120 volts and have someone press dispense water while watching the test meter. Use care not to be shocked while testing by not touching any bare probes or wires during testing. The coils can also be ohm test and both sides should be near to the equal amount of resistance. Your refrigerator is equipped with a dual water inlet solenoid valve assembly . It is likely that the solenoid valve that controls flow to the water dispenser is faulty. Click here for a tutorial on How to Test Inlet Valve.

There should be a water filter inside the water lines to the water spout. This filter could be clogged, or the water lines themselves may still be somewhat frozen and not allowing flow to the dispenser itself.
You can also test the power to the dispensor to make sure it is drawing water. Can you hear the pump trying to pump water to dispenser? The water valve should also be opening. You can test power to the valve that draws in water from the external water lines.

water valve is behind ref.on either the right side or left but you will see your water line going to ref.water valve.Most likely replace.
