Did you fit the correct alternator and was it new or salvaged. Many salvaged and remanufactured alternators have been found to be faulty.

2013 town & country. 3.6L. I get P0129, P0420, P2127, P0625 codes. Then it'll go into limp mode. Can't clear with scanner. The only way I can clear the codes is by unhooking battery cables and resetting...

You will have the codes return until the problems that created the fault are diagnosed and repaired.
I suggest you fine a good shop to diag these codes.

I have 2006 ford taurus check charging system and battery light on what's the problem help me please

Battery Light usually means the alternator is not charging correctly and needs to be replaced. Check charging volts, it should at 14 volts or very close to that number. If the number is low below 12 then the alternator needs to be replaced.

Note: A bad alternator can damage the battery & vise versa

Sluggish & electrical problems after new alternator & battery put in

Sounds like the new alternator is not charging the battery. Once the battery drops below a certain level the car can't keep its components (on board computer) running. The ignition is now running off the battery which is fading. Soon the car won't be running at all.

As already suggested, check belt and new alternator.

Battery light stays on

the battery light has nothing to do with the battery itself, it is indicating that there is a problem with the alternator that charges the battery, most likely a defective rectifier bridge diode has failed.
