Depends on the heat of the pan, but as a guide in a very hot pan, 3 minutes a side and rest for 2 minutes. Internal temperature should be 135 with a probe thermometer.

It is very lean with little or no fat. Not good to roast. Best three ways would be to;

1. cut into steaks,season and grill them.

2. Cut into two pieces, season, sear for colour, and bake to 135'F internal temperature for medium rare.

3. Cut into two and make two beef Wellington or 4 to 6 individual.

I am cooking a roast beef dinner for Christmas I bought a 13lb chuck boneless and I need to know how long to cook in in a traditional oven.


5 After browning the roast at a 500°F temperature in the oven for 15 minutes, reduce the oven temperature to 325°F. To figure out the total cooking time, allow about 11-12 minutes per pound for rare and 13-15 minutes per pound for medium rare.

Really, you need a probe thermometer. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes after you take it out of the oven, loosely tented with foil. I am a chef!

Rare:

• 120-130 °F (50-55 °C) Internal appearance very red; very moist with warm juices. Approximate cooking and resting time: 20-25 min./lb. plus 8-10 min. resting

Medium-rare:

• 130-140 °F (55-60 °C) Internal appearance lighter red; very moist with warm juices. Approximate cooking and resting time: 25-30 min./lb.. plus 8-10 min. resting

Medium (with a touch of pink):

• 140-150 °F (60-65 °C) Internal appearance pink red color; moist with clear pink juice. Approximate cooking and resting time: 30-35 min./lb. plus 8-10 min. resting

Well-done:

• 150-165 °F (65-75 °C) Internal appearance no pink or red, slightly moist with clear juices

Depends what you are cooking.

"Time-Saver Roasting: Use this method for the tenderest beef cuts if you're in a time crunch. Roast at 325°F (160°C) for approx. 30 min per lb (500 g) for medium doneness. Tenderloin can be roasted at temperatures up to 400°F (200°C)."

Hi,

Prepare Patties

1. Put minced scallions and chopped mushrooms in bowl.
2. Add red wine vinegar.
3. Add ground beef to bowl.
4. Mix everything together with your hands.
5. Flatten the beef into four patties that are 1/2-inch thick and 5 inches in diameter.

Cook Patties

1. Set stove-top grill or burner to medium-high.
2. Preheat nonstick frying pan. The pan is the correct temperature when a drop of water dances on its surface rather than sticking to it.
3. Place patties in the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Flip patties and cook for another minute, and then add sliced cheese to the tops of patties if desired.
5. Cover pan and allow burgers to cook for a final 2 minutes. Cook 3 to 4 minutes for well-done burgers.
6. Remove hamburgers from pan and place in hamburger buns.
7. Add condiments and toppings such as ketchup, mustard, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, red onions and pickles.

I have a beef eater signature series 3 burner please advise instuctions for roasting pork


Depends on what your cooking.A roast of pork,I would brine for 3-6 hrs before hand,then use 2 burners for indirect.To get a better idea try one of these sites.Your making me hungry thinking of this :}

I'm cooking a 7 pound beef rump roast. It has been recommended that I cook it for 7 hours on medium. I only have a high and low setting. How long should I cook it on either or both settings.


if it is recommended that you cook for 7 hours on medium I would think the you would cook it on high for 3-1/2 hours, and or low for 14 hours but check it with a meat thermometer every hour
