I have called two times on the phone number on line and I need to cancel my hotel for February 2017 and I keep getting put on hold or thansfered to a hang up on the phone . Plans help me

I have a safe link phone but received a text saying I was being cancelled I called and was told to call another number but then was told to reapply so I did but is there anyway of keeping my old


find the service providers phone number from an old account or phone book and call them about the problem
I suspect that it may have been a scam to get your details
go to the service providers shop and talk with someone as they cannot put you on hold ( the beauty of face to face communication)

    other phone ?? what type of phone is "other" phone if its a normal landline provided by phone company, this is why your new ip phone works differently , as its sure capable of having multi lines but you'll need to contact your ip provider to see about getting a second (or more) phone line added to your account

    I would like to change my hotel booking. I have booked to stay in the Royal Victoria with a shared bathroom, but would like to choose a different hotel


    I guess my main question is when are your reservations for?

    Most hotels have a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel x number of days before your stay without penalty. Others may charge the penalty, but refund it if the hotel reaches x% full.

    If you have time, just contact the hotel and tell them why you are cancelling. They may have a room with a private bathroom.

    The biggest thing to know is the cancellation policy. This is something good to find out before booking.

    In addition, not to sound like a commercial here, but this holds true, it is best to use a travel site like hotels.com, priceline.com, etc. They generally tell about these little issues and their staff will work with you to cancel without penalty - especially if you use them to book a different hotel.

    Go to settings on your phone, click on the phone option, it will display different option, select call forwarding or call divert, enter the number you forwarding the call to and press ok, you are done. follow the same procedure, when you get to call forwarding, you can select to cancel as you can no longer add a number.
