I am locked out of icverify user manager

If you are unable to remember the username and password of ic user, it may be necessary to delete just icverfiy user (not the main program) and reinstall icverfiy user manager with it's default username / password and thenlogin from there. We have had to do this when installating a new operating system.....

Organize your computer

Find information faster: Organize your computerIf you've been using your computer for more than 6 months, it's probably safe to say that you don't need all the files and e-mail messages stored there. When left untreated too long, an unorganized computer will perform slower and make it more difficult for you to find the information you need. If that's the case, it's a great time to make sure your computer is cleaned up and ready to roll for your next upcoming project or assignment. This article can help you get started.
Clear out your old, unnecessary filesSo how long should you keep old files on your hard drive? It's kind of like cleaning out a closet?if you haven't used a particular file (or sweater) in a year, you're pretty safe storing it somewhere else.
How can you tell how old a file is? Rest your mouse cursor over the file to see when it was last modified. For more information right-click the file, and choose Properties. You can see when the file was created, last modified it, and most recently accessed. If a file is old, not important, and hasn't been accessed in more than 6 months, it might be time to clear it out.
You're the best judge to determine which files to keep, but here is a list of items you might want to consider saving:
  • Tax and legal information
  • Project-related files
  • Favorite digital images from the year
  • Plans you could leverage for future projects
  • Important e-mail messages
  • Customer information

Once you've gotten rid of your files, learn 7 ways to manage your files better.
icotip.gifTip To view your files in a folder by the date they were last modified, open a folder and on the View menu click Details. On the top of the column, click Date Modified.

Back up important filesThe next step is to copy selected files to another storage medium, such as a writeable CD or DVD or an external hard drive. For your most important files, such as project files, key presentations, or large e-mails, you'll rest a lot easier if you have a backup copy stored safely away from your computer. Backing up your files to CD or DVD will allow you to safely store these disks should you happen to lose your computer or if it should fail.
To back up your files it's ideal to have a CD or DVD burner or a hard drive you can connect to your computer through a USB or FireWire port. Learn more about how to back up your files with Windows XP. Also, learn more about how to back up your Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 e-mail messages.
icotip.gifTip If you're backing up your information to a CD or DVD, be sure to create labels for your CDs that in some way describe their contents. For example, you might title the CD "2005 Archive" or be more specific with something like "2005 Presentations."
Clean out your e-mailDo you have a system for weeding out and organizing your old e-mail messages? Here are a few quick ideas for taming your Inbox and getting ready to handle those messages in the months to come:
  • Create folders to store messages according to sender, topic, or date.
  • Create e-mail rules to file and manage your messages automatically. For example, you can create a rule to send all messages from your manager to a special folder. Learn more about managing e-mail messages with rules.
  • Go through your Sent folder in Outlook in and delete items you no longer need (especially those with large file attachments).
  • If you're sure you no longer need e-mail you've deleted, empty the folder that contains it.

Organize and clear out your Internet files If you're like the average person, you've been doing a lot of Web searching and your Internet Explorer Favorites folder may be bursting at the seams. It could probably use some weeding out and organizing. To organize your Favorites in Internet Explorer, on the Favorites menu, click Organize Favorites.
While your tending to your Favorites folder there's some additional clean up that's easy to do. Start Internet Explorer and on the Tools menu click Internet Options. In the General tab of the Internet Options dialog box, you have two cleanup choices. These steps can help reduce some unnecessary files on your computer.
  1. In the Temporary Internet files section, click Delete Files to remove all temporary files. (You can also elect to remove all offline content downloaded from sites you've visited.)
  2. In the History section, click Clear History to remove the list of sites you've previously visited. Also make sure that you have the Days to keep pages in history: set to where you would like it.

Log in Access My Facebook Account

When Facebook was founded on February 4, 2004, it defined
its mission as "Giving people the power to share and make the world more
open and connected."

With the widespread success of this social networking
website today more than 500 million
regular users as of April 2011 it may meet that goal for many.

When a Facebook user can no longer access an account, it can
be frustrating, but there is typically a reasonable explanation.

Facebook suggests that any user who can\'t access their
account should clear cookies and cache on their computer as a first step.

This will help remove old and unneeded files from your
computer, and will sometimes help your computer to run faster, as well as
allowing access to Facebook again.

Once cookies and cache have been cleared, you should type
"" into the address bar on your computer.

Avoid using any old bookmarks or links to visit Facebook for
this first visit after clearing the cookies and cache.

Password Incorrect

If you attempt to log into your Facebook account with an
incorrect password, you will be unable to access your account.

Even if you have the correct email address, that is only
half of the log-in equation, and the correct password is absolutely necessary
to log into the site.

If you may have entered the wrong password, enter it again,
taking care to get each character correct.

Passwords are case sensitive, so all capital and lowercase
letters and any symbols must be entered correctly.

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to click
the "Forgot Your Password" link to recover your account and create a
new password.

Account Closed

Facebook reserves the right to close accounts that they have
determined are in violation of their terms of service.

If Facebook found that your account contained inappropriate
content, did not represent a real person, or violated Facebook rules in some
way, the account may be closed, leaving you unable to access it.

If your account was closed for one of these reasons, your
login will fail and you will be provided with a link to Facebook\'s
"Confirm Your Identity" page, where you can read about typical
reasons for account closures.

Email Login Incorrect

If you have entered the incorrect email address, you will be
unable to log into your Facebook account.

The email address that you use to log into Facebook is case
sensitive, just as your email address is. If you fail to capitalize a letter or
forget to insert an underscore that is part of the email address, login will

If you cannot access your Facebook account due to an
incorrect email address, double checking the address for correctness prior to
logging in again will resolve the issue.

Compromised Account

If account information such as your email address or
password is stolen, your account may be compromised.

If, for example, your account information is stolen, the
person in possession of your log-in information can access your account and
change the password so that you will no longer be able to get to your account.

If you think this may have happened, you must access the
"Compromised Account" page on Facebook and follow steps to prove your
identity and secure your account.

Hi there! :) if you can't log in to your hotmail account you need to do this steps :)
Click your email link in Hotmail. Click on the words "Forgot Password" found under the sign on link. On the next page, there are two ways to reset your lost password, "Verify Information and Reset Password Online" or "Send Reset Instructions to my Email Address".
2.Answer the questions on the next page. This is the information you provided to Hotmail when you signed up for your account. Enter your country, state and zip code and the answer to your secret question.
3.Choose a new password. Make sure this is something you can remember but is hard for someone else to guess.
4.Ask Hotmail to send the password reset information to your email if you do not remember the answers to the secret question. An email will arrive at the alternate email address you provided during registration.
5.Open the email and click on the link. Follow the instructions to change your password.

I got a Dell desktop computer from a friend who bought it new. It only has a dial up connection so I got it hooked up. Problem that I have is it won't dial out to connect to the internet. Ralphie

Hi dlwbaw

You have to make a new connection.
Go to "Control Panel", find "Network Connections", double click on that, here you choose file (in the menu) and choose "New Connection". Follow the Wizard (choose, new connection to the internet, connection without code/username/password, and normaly people have DSL connections).
Try to connect the pc to the internet now, this should work, if not:
you have to have the setup way from your internet provider, many times they have a manual on the internet. If it is a connection with user name/ code, you have to Edit your friends internet connection (icon on network connections) or make a new connection with this codes.
The codes you get from your internet provider

Some internet providers allow only one computer connected to the internet.

Hope that helps
Have a nice Sunday :O)

I can't find my e-mail box for yahoo address

If you remeber the password, go to yahoo email main page. There would be an option to retrieve email account information using that password.

In case you have forgotten both,

Either make a new email account or contact yahoo customer support. It would take few days and they might ask some personal information like name, address that you might have updated and it would be taken care off.

Dont know how 2 check email @myspace

At the top of your page is a link to my email. Which will take you to your mail logon page to enter user name and password for the account you want to access.
However, if you have not used your email for several months, your email account has probably been deleted, in which case you will have to contact the system administrators to get a new accout.
